CBD Chocolate Pudding! One of Many Recipes for Cooking with CBD

A flashback to childhood, who doesn’t love a decadent, smooth textured cup of chocolate pudding. A refreshing and filling dessert to top off a great meal that incorporates our CBD Tincture.

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 tablespoon High Falls Hemp NY CBD Tincture
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 cup of heavy cream
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate (melted)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

In small pot, whisk eggs, CBD Tincture, ½ cup heavy cream together
Mix over medium to low heat
Continue stirring over heat until mixture thickens and begins to stick to the back of your mixing spoon
Make sure not to let this mixture boil
Remove from heat and whisk in the vanilla extract and melted chocolate
Pour into a bowl and place in refrigerator to chill
Remove from refrigerator and beat remaining heavy cream with 1 tablespoon of sugar until stiff peaks form.
Separate into equal portions for each serving and place in refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour
Don’t be shy about adding a dollop of whipped cream on top before enjoying
