We ship products using USPS, we will provide tracking information for your order

Do you ship outside of the US?

No, we only ship to addresses in the United States.

How do I become educated on your products?

We will provide educational materials and also train your team, either in person or online depending on the location of your store.

What are your payment terms and options?

All orders must be paid before shipping. Our payment terms are COD by cash, bank wire, check, credit card, or ACH debit. There is no fee for any payment option.

What is your return policy on wholesale orders?

At High Falls Hemp NY we make every attempt to deliver the highest quality products possible. We will allow returns or refunds if the products delivered are damaged or defective. Returns are also allowed if the end-customer has returned the product to the retailer.

If you receive product damaged or defective, or the wrong items are in your order, please contact us at support@highfallshempny.com or 888-688-0196 so we can provide the correct item(s) or a replacement. Refunds or replacements are allowed up to 7 days after product is received at your location.

High Falls Hemp NY will pay the shipping costs for returned merchandise and shipping costs for a replacement if your products are damaged or the wrong product(s) were delivered.

How should I store your CBD products?

For optimal product quality, and in accordance with product labeling, product must be stored in a cool, dark, dry place. Do not store in direct sunlight.
